Gijima offers ICT solutions, services and products to the telecoms, mining, financial, retail, manufacturing, service industries as well as the public sector.
Gijima has a significant footprint in Namibia with offices in Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Rosh Pinah, and Ondangwa. With our increasing client base and increased service demands and offerings we have established a support infrastructure and presence throughout Namibia in the following locations: Otjiwarongo, Omaruru, Tsumeb, Grootfontein, Otavi, Okakarara, Outjo, Oshakati, Rundu, Katima Mulilo, Mariental, Keetmanshoop, Karasburg, Oranjemund, Lüderitz, Usakos.
We have a staff compliment of more than eighty (80), located across Namibia and delivering best of breed products, and tailor made solutions and services to our client base.
Gijima also invest in increasing local skills and competence in the Namibian IT sector and is currently hosting a variety of sales, technical and project management, Fujitsu HP, Microsoft, SAP as well as various business related courses for our employees. At Gijima we believe in continuous investment in and training of our employees and the improvement of Namibian ICT skills pool. Our commitment to education has also led us to establish a Training Academy, at the Polytechnic of Namibia offering ICT related training to other Namibian organizations in order to maximize their productivity and efficiency, thereby contributing to the growth of the Namibian economy. We are the only Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions in Namibia.
Gijima focuses on the training and upliftment of previously disadvantaged groups by providing in-house training and mentorship for students with potential with the aim of appointing them as permanent staff members once they have completed their studies.
Gijima hold the authorized status as a SAP Service Alliance Partner (the only one in Namibia), SUN Solutions Provider (SUN Services, systems, solutions), HP Preferred Business Partner and Microsoft Gold Partner amongst others. This status is recognized internationally and allows Gijima to offer our clients best of breed products, solutions and services at all times, with the support of our vendors.
Over time, Gijima created the capacity to provide tailor made IT Solutions and the full scope of Managed Services to a variety of industries and SOE’ in Namibia.
