OmniTel Namibia started its operations in October 2008, resulting from a management buyout of Siemens Enterprise Communications (Pty) Ltd in Namibia.
Siemens has been active in Namibia in the communications market in excess of 40 years.
OmniTel Namibia is 100% Namibian owned and 32% shares thereof are held by a previously disadvantaged group
Our main activities consist of the marketing, sales, installation and maintenance of Siemens Telecommunication equipment and Fujitsu Computers
OmniTel Namibia (Pty) Ltd is appointed as the sole distributor and agent for Siemens Enterprise Communications equipment and we are also the appointed reseller and certified warranty repair centre for all Fujitsu computer equipment ranging from SAN's, Servers, Workstations, LCD's, and Thin-Clients

IT Services
This department is able to provide in and out of warranty support on all Fujitsu computers. In addition to this, the team is able to provide network support.
Electronic Workshop
Consists of a fully fledged electronic workshop. Repair agreements with Telecom Namibia are in place for the repair of “Ultra phone” and other electronic equipment.
Inala Technologies (PTY) Ltd
OmniTel Namibia is the distributor and partner of Inala Technologies in Namibia. Inala is a valuable business partner with the world’s leading suppliers of test equipment. Amongst these we include brands like Tektronix, Spectracom, Bird Electronics and Kikusi. Inala further has SANAS (South African Accreditation System) accredited laboratories based in South Africa that are able to repair and calibrate the most technology advanced test equipment in the world. Technology as well as specific equipment training can be offered either on site or in Inala’s established training centres.
ADB Airfield Solutions
During 2009 the OmniTel management re-established a relationship with Messrs ADB Airfield Solutions (PTY) Ltd. This company is internationally recognized as a leading manufacturer and engineering partner for airfield Ground Lighting Solutions (AGL) Both companies are currently in the process to establish a formal agency agreement for Namibia.
