Mrs Rita (Bunsing) Purdassee is the Head of Department for Business Solutions implementations at SILNAM.  She holds a degree in ICT and has 10 Years experience in large scale Business Solution implementations. She has implemented key projects for Governments and Private organisations in countries of Africa and her area of focus comprise Financial, Logistics and Asset Management and CRM Systems.

Among other projects, her present assignment includes heading the implementation of the Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund. She is also leading the support of the Integrated Financial Management System for the Government of Namibia and has previously implemented the Integrated Financial Management System for Government Institutions Pension Fund, Property Management system for Ministry of Works and Transport and the implementation of the Integrated Financial Management System and Loan Management at the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
